Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the OASIS platform (operated by Trinity Healing Room, a division of She Leads & Co.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trinity Healing Room under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

The Platform — Eligibility

Trinity Healing Room's OASIS platform is a women-only digital wellness sanctuary designed exclusively for women in managerial and executive positions. Membership is restricted to individuals who identify as women. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion.

Trinity Healing Room reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement. The platform operates exclusively online during the pilot phase, with in-person session availability subject to a separate feature rollout.

The Three Chambers

The platform is organised around three healing dimensions: The Source Chamber (Spirit — inner truth and therapeutic reflection), The Healing Oasis (Body — physical restoration and spa therapies), and The Empowerment Chamber (Mind — leadership and executive coaching).

Services within each chamber are delivered by credential-verified practitioners. All practitioners listed on the platform have been individually reviewed and onboarded by Trinity Healing Room. However, Trinity Healing Room does not guarantee outcomes from any session and is not liable for the professional conduct of individual practitioners beyond the obligations in this agreement.

Bookings and Cancellations

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the platform. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and the practitioner has accepted your request. You will receive a confirmation notification via email and within your member portal.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a credit to your account redeemable against a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-shows are treated as cancellations within the 24-hour window.

Members on the standard membership plan are allocated 3 sessions per calendar month. Unused session credits do not roll over to the following month. Retreat bookings are charged separately from monthly membership credits and are not subject to the monthly credit structure.

Payments and Refunds

All payments on the platform are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) through Yoco, our secure payment partner. By completing a payment, you agree to Yoco's payment processing terms available at yoco.com. Trinity Healing Room does not store your card details at any point.

Refunds are issued only where a session was cancelled by the practitioner, where a double-charge occurred due to a platform error, or where a confirmed session could not be delivered due to a technical failure on the platform's side. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Disputed charges must be raised with Trinity Healing Room at info@sheleads.co.za within 14 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Non-Medical Disclaimer

Trinity Healing Room is a wellness platform. Nothing offered on this platform constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition. All services are wellness, coaching, and personal development in nature.

Therapy and counselling services within the Source Chamber are delivered by registered practitioners and are subject to a formal informed consent process prior to your first session. These services are therapeutic in nature but are not a replacement for acute psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or emergency mental health services.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (10177 or 112) or the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) crisis line at 0800 456 789 immediately.

Member Obligations

You agree to treat all practitioners, platform staff, and other members with respect and dignity. You agree to attend sessions you have confirmed, or to cancel with as much notice as possible through the platform.

You agree not to record, screenshot, redistribute, or share any session content, practitioner materials, or platform content without express written consent from Trinity Healing Room.

Any abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour — whether directed at practitioners, staff, or other members — will result in immediate and permanent termination of your membership without refund.

Intellectual Property

All platform content including but not limited to branding, imagery, written content, and session frameworks is the intellectual property of Trinity Healing Room (She Leads & Co.) and may not be reproduced or used outside the platform without written permission.

Content you create on the platform — including journal entries and session feedback — remains yours. By submitting it to the platform, you grant Trinity Healing Room a limited licence to store and display it within your private account only.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Trinity Healing Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or outcomes from sessions.

Trinity Healing Room's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant session or service in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

Trinity Healing Room reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are material, we will notify you via email and prompt you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use the platform.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after being notified of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008, and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
